![]() Where does Frankincense oil come from: Frankincense oil is prepared from the gum resins which has hardened, and is obtained by tapping the Boswellia Serrata tree. In case you’ve never seen this tree, it is a small shrubby tree with white flowers and comes from the family of Burseraceae. It is the incisions in the bark that produce a milky white resin that hardens into orange brown. These hardened resin are steam-distilled, and the essential oil is derived. As far as its geographical locations, you can find this tree in Ethiopia, India, Somalia, Yemen… clearly a tree that can grow with very little soil in dry and desolate conditions. Essential oils have been around for thousands of years, and have been used for as much time in aromatherapy. Frankincense is the most valuable essential oil when it comes to slowing down the breathing and helping to allay fear, anxiety and stress. Its scent is truly divine, perhaps why it used to be burned in offering to the gods, even in our generation, some Churches still burn Frankincense during mass. What are the main components: One of the main components of frankincense oil is boswellic acid, which is known to have anti-neoplastic properties. These components have been found to have strong anti-inflammatory, and potentially anti-cancer, effects. We’ve heard cases of tumors reducing after the application of frankincense under the tongue in a consistent fashion. Ingesting Frankincense: I would not recommend it until there is a clear understanding how it can affect you. Some people as mentioned above have applied the oil under the tongue or the upper palette. A little bit of oil goes a long way, and it should not be ingested in large quantities as it can be toxic. Frankincense oil is used by either inhaling it or absorbing it through the skin. Often mixed with a carrier oil. It’s believed that the oil transmits messages to the limbic system of the brain, which is known to influence the nervous system. Frankincense is very calming, revitalising and uplifting. SKIN CARE? Yes!! Known to be one of the best essential oils for skin care; helping to rejuvenate and prevent wrinkles, it is great for dry and sensitive skins. Frankincense benefits include the ability to strengthen skin and improve its tone, and elasticity. Studies suggest that it’s the pentacyclic triterpene (steroid-like) structure of frankincense oil that contributes to its soothing effect on irritated skin. Physically, Frankincense is also an antiseptic and disinfectant agent that has antimicrobial effects. Helps eliminate bacteria and viruses from your home and clean indoor spaces. It has been known to alleviate colds, asthma and coughs, including sore throats. Reducing inflammation and pain, and helps boost your immune system. Psychologically, Frankincense is great for meditation and prayer, and also for bringing inspiration and creativity. The CANCER claim: Frankincense has promising anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects according to several research groups that have conducted tests in lab studies. Researchers in China also investigated the anticancer effects of frankincense (as well as Myrrh) on five tumor cells, the results were not conclusive but very promising. Frankincense oil has been shown to help fight cells of specific types of cancer. Frankincense may become a potential natural cancer treatment, as a study in 2012 found that a chemical compound found in frankincense was successful at killing cancer cells that have become resistant to chemotherapy. Caution: It is always a good idea to follow essential oil safety and ingest just a few drops of any essential oil at a time in water. It is rare that frankincense oil would cause negative reactions such as minor skin rashes and digestive problems like nausea or stomach pains; but it is best to be cautious. Frankincense is also known to have blood-thinning effects, so speak with a doctor first, as the oil may have potential to negatively react with certain anticoagulant medications. Our planet Earth, seen from space as this beautiful blue marble, holds within it great energy in the form of negative electrons, and 60 miles above it in the ionosphere, another layer of energy, positive electrons, largely the result of the sun rays' interactions.
Now let's consider our selves, this human body which, from the time synthetic materials and rubber was invented, has been insulated from the free abundant energy that is within Earth. We can connect and harvest this energy that can bring balance and wellness into our body - How? You’ve got to stop insulating yourself. We live in a house, we walk out with shoes onto well paved roads, we work inside a building, we travel in a vehicle, we return to our well insulated homes and we repeat. Grounding or Earthing, is the act of walking freely, barefoot on the soil, the earth, the unpaved grounds, the grass. Earth is endowed with electrons, these electrons are absorbed through your feet. Grounding supports the organ system of our body down to the tissues. Our body is electrical, the surface of earth is charged negatively. The ionosphere, 60 miles above Earth, is positively charged. What our bodies are lacking in is the negative charge, and that’s where grounding comes in. When we connect to the Earth through a conductive surface, there is a transfer of electrons slowly going through the body which will result in low levels of inflammation, thus reducing pain and helping heal the body. When the body is grounded, you can not have inflammation. Studies have been made by scientists and physicists, and the reports support the many benefits of grounding. Earthing (or grounding) literally stops the fires of inflammation. Many have discovered the benefits of this ground breaking phenomenon (no pun intended). Research has been conducted on the effects of grounding, while it was first laughed at, experiments have shown the change in people’s bodies after only hours of grounding. Much of today’s chronic aches and pains stem from inflammation, reduce inflammation in your body and you will reduce many ailments. Today's well established profit based main stream health care will not embrace that which will not help increase profits. But you have no need for prescription or doctors’ approval, take off your shoes and enjoy your grassy yard or neighborhood park, if you live near the beaches, take time for a walk on the beach. The walking, the fresh air, the ocean aroma, the tranquility of the greenery around the park will not only appease you, the electrons shooting up the soles of your feet will change your inner state, physically, as inflammation will go down, with time you will begin to feel the difference. Part of a wellness practice is healthful organic foods, a good night sleep, gratitude, nature walks and now you can add Grounding to the list! PS: this post was written sitting on well manicured grass, bare feet! PSS: the grounds you bare your feet on should be free of pesticides. This exceptional gland plays a crucial role in unlocking the great potential of humanity. Research has discovered that there is water in the pineal gland with crystals that have properties that spark and release any color of light in the rainbow, DMT is also released by the pineal gland, allowing us to see wider areas of reality. Many ancients like the Greeks, Hindus, pharaohs and Buddhist; even Jesus, knew the power of the pineal gland that is considered the seat of the human soul. How the ancients knew this demonstrates that they had a far advance understanding that the pineal gland is our connection to higher dimensions. Each chakra connects to an organ, the sixth chakra connects to the pineal gland, or the third eye. The pineal gland is referred to as the third eye, science has shown that the pineal gland is lined by a tissue that is similar to the rods and cones of retinal tissue of our eyes, it has the same wiring as our eyes do - literally, a third eye you have within your brain! Jesus said "The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light" The pineal gland is our gateway to our spiritual awakening and connection, many things in our environment keeps our brain locked down, processed foods, fluoride and toxins all around. However, while mainstream science tends to teach us we are just biological without any consciousness, humanity is still experiencing an awakening, regardless of the efforts to dumb down the population. Enlightenment will happen, as everyday unexpected sources reach us and connects us to higher consciousness. The energy of the planet is higher, the sun is changing and the light that reaches our pineal gland is activating in us a state which is causing us to shift; we are going through a great shift in consciousness on this planet. The pineal gland is playing an important role in this spiritual awakening, but we need to maintain the health of our pineal gland by being mindful with what we put in our bodies, since fluoride is a blocker, looking into improving our intake of water, even water we use to shower or bathe would be a good start, making sure we use the right filters to diminish the presence of fluoride. We also need to receive adequate sunlight and avoid toxins. Another important step would be the practice of meditation; the pineal gland is dormant inside us, but we can activate it, and forever unlock the door that can lead us to a higher state of being and bare witness to a greater Universe! |
