![]() So you'd like to have a coffee cup reading? Well first you have to drink the coffee, then turn your cup and hand it over to the reader to interpret the symbols she or he sees. It's not a big mystery, and it's not something to be highly skeptical about either, though many can be. Here is why you should not be: 1. Everyone has the ability to interpret symbols. 2. Divination is a birth right. Let's get clear of #2 We are all spiritual beings having human experiences, you've heard that one before I am sure. We are. But this material and chaotic world often numbs us and we forget our connection to the divine. Recently I am being asked many profound questions by my 8 year old "where do we come from? who is God? how do you know God? etc...." these are tough questions indeed and to this day there are adults still asking themselves the very same questions. Imagine.... Imagine several cups placed on the sand in front of the endless ocean. One cup is tall, the other short and wide, the other cup is regular size but red, another one is white while the big cup is yellow and the thin cup black. Now imagine in your mind's eye these various, different shapes and colored cups filled with ocean water. You see it? Good. They all are different containers but within is the same water, and that water's source is the ocean. The point is... We are all different on the outside, some of us tall, some short, some thin, some fat, some white, some black or brown, some of us with wide eyes, others with small elongated eyes. Some of us very hairy LOL! Some of us can't even grow a beard (you know who you are). But within us all is Spirit, a consciousness who's source is One and the same, that SOURCE has taken many names through many cultures, we call this Source "God". When we become more conscious and more in touch with our inner self, we connect to the Source, we can feel and function more with our intuition, hear that inner voice, and we learn to listen to it. Coffee reading is being able to use that connection to the Source, that connection to our inner voice and intuition to help interpret the energy of the person who's cup we are reading. Simple enough? There are individuals who's connection and ability come more easily (we call them talented) but with effort and willingness, everyone can develop this ability, maybe some will have a greater talent in interpreting than others, but the point is that everyone can elevate and be more in touch with their Spiritual Being, the one that was, is and always will be.
